Milan Nestarec, jeune vigneron tchque dynamique et inventif install en Moravie du Sud, met en vidence le caractre intensmentcolor et fruit (baies noires) du cpage dans une cuve type par sa matire franche et naturelle, avec des tannins aux amers sapides et une belle allonge.
